How
can I send and receive documents? Any finished translation that cannot be sent via e-mail (i.e. original translation hard copies of notarized birth certificates, marriage licenses, diplomas, transcripts, etc.) are preferred to sent via first-class mail. Within the Phoenix metropolitan area, mail delivery time is generally only one business day. Due to the nature of our business, the management and translators either work from home or in different clients' offices, therefore we do not keep regular office hours. Any document that must be picked up, arrangements need to be made ahead of time. Since we also offer extended desktop publishing services, the document will be returned to you in file format of your choice. For documents which require to be turned into a government agency, the original notarized document is required and will be sent first-class mail unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. How
do you base your pricing? The cost for written translations of 250 words or greater range from $.14 - $.22 per source word. Influencing factors to determine the price include the language, type of document, due date, and prospect of future business. Unlike other translation agencies, we maintain a policy of charging based on the number of source words (in most cases) as opposed to target words in order give the client a set price prior to starting any job. Consecutive translation and Voice Over talent are priced on a per hour basis. Per hour pricing ranges from $80.00 - $120.00 plus expenses. How can I get an estimate for my translation? For
the quickest estimate, call us at 1-480-206-6071 anytime Mon. - Sat. 7AM
- 9PM MST. Otherwise, please fill out the contact form below. Along with
filling out the form, you may fax or email
us your document if you wish. You are under no obligation and any
documents not used for a translation job are promptly deleted or destroyed.
Most inquiries are addressed well before the end of the business day.
